Meet at 10:45 on Saturday Nov 7 at Lowell Park, 4600 S 3rd Ave. High Steady to Low Moderate pace, 13-15 mph, 32.5 miles.

Note: the restrooms have been closed at Lowell Park so plan accordingly.

An 11:00 am rollout time to allow warming up time incase of freezing temps, we can't really run this ride if it's icy.

The Ride takes us 2/3 of the way around Lake Stevens and on to Lake Cassady for snacks and a regroup and instructions on how to run the dips.

Check the elevation profile between miles 20 to 23 note the bumps, rollers and dips. If you really let your bike go one can feel the compression and the bottom of the dips. Everyone rides at their own comfort level, no judgements! There is enough room to safely stop at the bottom of the 14% drop to Sunnyside Nursery.

Please make sure your brakes, tires and wheels are in good condition.

Lead: Bob Nyberg 206 795-1363 please text to register. Usual Covid-19 rules apply. If cancelled I'll post by 9 am on Saturday morning.

Faster riders may go ahead if you have your own leader! However, everyone must meet at Lake Cassady!
