Scenic fall country road ride into Skagit/Whatcom counties to Lake Samish.    This ride has it all with low traffic roads and awesome views including the biking heaven Barrell Springs road.    Distance approximate 75-80 mile with only 2000 feet of elevation gain overall.  Low brisk pace of 16-18 mph on flat sections.  15 min. lunch stop at Lake Samish County park and short breaks in route.  Meet across from the Conway Tavern at Mainstreet in Conway (parking directly across the street) at 9:45 AM for wheels rolling at 10 AM.  Ride map attached.   Bring Food/snacks/2 bottles.  Overall this is a 5 - 5 1/2 hour ride.   Water/restrooms available though out ride.   Will follow current club guidelines for COVID avoidance with maximum group of 5 riders including ride leader.   Ride Lead Lou Rivetti - kindly RSVP text to 425-446-9019 or reply to this topic.   Check ride updates if weather/smoke conditions questionable.
