Group size is are limited to 5 people including the Ride Leader.

Loop ride including parts of the InterUrban, Lake Ballinger, Burke-Gilman, Sammamish River and North Creek Trails, with connecting streets. 

34 miles, moderate pace (14 – 16 mph), A/B terrain with 1,500 feet of elevation gain.  Frequent regroups. 

Coffee / lunch at Starbucks in Thrashers Corner (~mile 26).
