Tuesday route is 21 miles, A and B terrain, rolling hills.  Almost 900 feet of elevation gain overall.  Mostly low traffic backroads in the Mill Creek area, with some on busier arterial roads.  Social pace, you should be able to maintain at least a 10-11 mph average on flats.
