CTS #3: Let's Ride Around Lake Sammamish! Thursday 6/25 9:00 a.m.

    CTS = Century Training Series

    Do you have a goal to ride a century this year? Do you want to ride the century route on August 16 Members McClinchy Ride? Then, this is the training series for you! We will build up mileage and elevation gain so that when McClinchy rolls around, you’ll be ready to ride a century!

    CTS #3: Lake Sammamish 61 DME

    Thursday, June 25. 9:00 a.m.

    Ride will depart and finish at Mill Creek Sports Park parking lot, 13903 N Creek Dr., Mill Creek, WA 98012. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to start time.

    Pace for this ride is a hybrid Moderate/Brisk, so pace will vary between 14-18 mph on flats.

    Terrain: Only about 1,600 ft. of elevation gain. It's a very flat ride. Much of the climbing will be near the end, climbing out of Bothell toward Mill Creek.

    Rest stops as requested by the group.

    All riders should have the route on a GPS device or have a cue sheet with map which can easily be printed from the RideWithGPS route page.

    Riders should bring a self-sufficiency kit: snack, water, tube and/or patch kit, tire levers, multi-tool. Also recommended is a cell phone and money/credit card. Waiver Form will be required for each ride.
