    Meet at Lowell Park, 4600 S 3rd Ave at 9:15 for a 9:30 start time. Pace HM to LB, 56 miles and 2800' elevation gain. Ride over High Bridge Road and climb up High Rock Rd. Climb as much as you want, don't have to go to the top of High Rock it's an out and back! A coffee/ bakery stop will in Monroe. A good Training ride for the up coming McClinchy Mile Ride.
