    Meet at Siverlake Bicycle Centers for a 10 am (new time) start ride to Lost Lake. Moderate to low brisk pace, 32 miles rolling and hilly terrain. Faster riders may go out front but won't set the pace, a no drop ride. Bring and energy bar, lunch comes near ride end. Bob Nyberg 206-795 1363
