Ride Description:
The crisp November mornings with sunshine in the forecast will drive me up the wall if I stay indoors. Join me as I pedal up, get the lead out, don the sweats and polish up my riding around the bike routes of Everett, Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, Edmonds. This is a DUAL LED club ride with CascadeBike and SnohomishBikes.
Start location: Alderwood Town Center at Performance Bicycle Store
Reststop: Restrooms available at start and end of ride at the park.
Expectations: Arrive at 10:45am or earlier to sign the waiver and hear the safety briefing. S.M.A.R.T. is the acronym we use for a safe and enjoyable ride together. Ride leader personally uses MapMyRide app and will briefly go through the routes summary prior to the start.
Front and rear lights are recommended. Everyone should be able to maintain the 12-14 mph steady pace on flat terrain. Riders have to be independent when they have a flat and/or mechanical issue.
Ride leader is signed up for Ride in Rain November challenge and will proceed SOLO for a few miles and call it a day soaked and log in for credit.
