Ride Description:
Invitation: It's Autumn, let's blow the leaves behind and ride the open road. Extended Monday, 10/26 weather forecast calls for partly cloudy..?.... Join me in this short 18 miler or less sprint and take advantage of the limited sunny days ahead for 2015....These rides will be extended thru Winter months, weather permitting and the absence of 100 percent humidity! (Seattle area lingua for liquid sunshine)
Start location: Let's meet at Paine Field Community Park.
Reststop: N/A. Restroom available at Start and End of ride at the park.
Expectations: Arrive at least 15 minutes earlier or 9:45am to sign the waiver and hear the safety briefing. S.M.A.R.T. is the acronym we use for a safe and enjoyable ride together. Ride leader personally uses MapMyRide app and will briefly go thru the routes summary prior to the start.
Front and rear lights are recommended. Everyone should be able to maintain the 12-14 mph steady pace on flat terrain. Riders have to be independent when they have a flat and/or mechanicals.
