Forecast is low 40's and no rain until at least 1 pm!!!  Let’s meet at the trailhead at Pine and Maple at 10am for a 24 mile steady paced training ride to Lake Cassidy on the Centennial trail.  Leader will attempt to go at top of pace (13-14) but all are welcome since we will regroup at Lake Cassidy.  This is a good opportunity to work on increasing your speed.  A Terrain, all paces.
