Sunday July 6,  Meet at the Lake Stevens Library 9:00 am for a 56 mile ride of the one loop bike route for the Lake Stevens triathlon (Aug 17 actual completion day) Won't be at race pace but will be a preview the turns and hills of the route. There will be limited stops and services, no aid stops or sags like race day, plan to be self supporting.
