The 56-mile out and back takes us to the top of two passes for steady hill training. We will talk about pedaling style and embracing "slow." Bring snacks and an extra water bottle or filter for the ride - there are no services. Mountainous terrain, moderate pace on flats (14-16 mph) but hills at your own pace and we’ll regroup as needed.
