Leisure Pace, probably A Terrain, less than 20 miles (may do part of Bellingham Coast Millennium Trail as time permits). Beautiful tree canopied dirt/gravel trail. Wider tires as found on mountain, cross, or hybrid bikes are best. Will stop at quaint Rhododendron Cafe on way up for tea, coffee, and/or breakfast. Van pool, car pool or convoy from McCollum Park Park and Ride at 8 AM or from Food Pavillion in Smokey Point at 8:30 AM. Bring Lunch and drink to carry on bike and eat on shore of Lake Whatcom.
