A friend on a squeeky tight budget had his wheels stolen from his commuter bike and he can't afford to replace them but still needs transportation. I can build a pair for him from parts I have laying around but I don't have disc hubs or 130mm rears or 8 speed cassettes ( do have an 8 speed freewheel)
