B.I.K.E.S. Club ride leaders have put together a series of training rides to give you company and friendly advice as you get ready for a century (100 mile ride), Seattle to Portland, or another big bicycle ride. All ride dates and distances through July are now posted on the Rides calendar - details will be added a month in advance.
Each training ride will have a Steady pace leader (12-14 mph) and a Moderate pace leader (14-16 mph).
Training topics such as bike fit, pedaling skills and shifting will precede each ride start. Most rides are free, though some events with fees are included in the schedule.
You must be a member of B.I.K.E.S. Club to participate - you can join after your first ride.
