Michael: I wanted you to know that the city will shortly begin to exchange out the swinging gates on the Interurban Trail for bollards. We held a pre-construction meeting today. The contractor should be on site starting the week of November 18th. There are 26 locations and the project will take some time. There will be detours around the locations. The city’s engineering division is managing this project on my department’s behalf. You can however contact Russell Dance, our construction development supervisor, if you have questions.
