Open House: Lynnwood Area Road and Trail Improvements 

Snohomish County Public Works is planning multiple road and trail improvement projects in the unincorporated Lynnwood area and will be hosting a public meeting to share information and receive public feedback. 

• When: Wednesday, October 12, 2022 – Stop by any time between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.
• Where: Alderwood Water and Wastewater District Offices: 3626 156th St SW, Lynnwood, 98087 
• What: Residents of the area, commuters, and families of nearby schools are invited to discuss the five projects. Staff will be available to answer questions about the projects and gather feedback. 

The projects are: 

• Alderwood Mall Parkway improvements (SR 525 to the 16800 block – Construction is tentatively scheduled for 2024 
• Ash Way improvements (18^th Ave W to Admiralty Way/Gibson Rd) – Construction is to be determined based on funding availability and approval of environmental permits
• 164^th St SE Overlay (Ash Way to Spruce Way) – Construction is scheduled for 2023 
• 36th/35th Ave W improvements (164^th St SW to State Route 99) – Construction is scheduled for 2023 
• Interurban Trail Improvements (160th St SW to 167th Pl SW of Meadow Rd/13^th Ave W) – Construction is tentatively planned for 2025, subject to funding availability
