I’m reaching out to the B.I.K.E.S. Club of Snohomish County to see if there was someone in the club who would be interested in being part of a steering committee for a Bicycle / Pedestrian improvement project in design for 5th Street in Mukilteo. I’ve attached a brief which provides some project background. We would like someone who has an interest in the project and can commit to participating in four meetings.
The draft meeting schedule follows. I expect at least the first two meetings to be virtual. If we meet in person for the last two meetings, the location would be in Mukilteo.
- Early to mid-May first meeting
- mid-June to go over the early public outreach findings and follow up on steering committee thoughts from the first meeting
- late Fall to go over the 60% design plan
- late May 2022 to review the 90% design if the group is interested in continuing the conversation
