April 30th, Thursday, 10:30 a.m. @ Legion Park (visitors center)

Meet at 10:15 near the downtown Arlington visitor center restroom building for introduction and safety briefing.  Be ready to roll at 10:30. 

About 15 miles of trail from Arlington to the trail head at Nakashima Barn.  Fairly low elevation, but there are rolling hills along the way there and back.  Brief rest stop at the barn where there is a sanican available.  

Social pace, 10-11 mph on the flats.  Re-group as needed.

If you'd like to ride a bit longer distance, meet me at the ARMAR Trailhead (off of 67th Avenue NE) at 9:30 for about a 22 mile round trip (total)
