Anacortes & Lake Erie & La Conner Mod Ride @ 10 AM
Ride with friends across a channel twice and next to five bays with coastal views.

Register by 8 PM evening before the ride. Group size limited to 8.
Moderate (14 – 16 mph) to brisk (16 - 18 mph) pace expected, 43 miles, A/B terrain with 2,115 feet of elevation gain. Frequent regroups and rest stops expected along the way.
Meet at 9:45 AM for a 10:00 AM roll out at the March's Point Park & Ride, 8147 S March Point Rd, east of Anacortes.
We'll ride on paved roads and bridges over the around March's Point, across the Tommy Thompson Trail bridge over Fidalgo Bay, across Anacortes, visit Lake Erie, Lake Erie Grocery (mile 18), then on through Similk Beach, Snee Oosh, Shelter Bay, cross the Swinomish Channel, go through La Conner (mile 33), Beacon Espresso & Shell Food Mart (mile 37), then back to where we started.

This route may have tight turns and short sections with narrow gravel paths and is intended for 2-wheel road or gravel bikes ridden by experienced bicyclists.
