No-host dinner at 5:30 p.m.

Meeting starts at 6:00. p.m.

On the agenda:

• Review planning calendar and status
• Confirm routes and estimate rest stop times
• Volunteer incentives - pre-event ride, member discount? (note, we need more club members to volunteer on the day of the ride, so we plan to reduce the incentive for members to register)
• Outreach - Chilly Hilly, Machias
• Marketing - hopefully we'll have some materials to start distributing

Registration is not required but would be helpful for the organizers.
