New Twist on English Hill (Steady Pace)

Thursday, September 4, 2025 is looking beautiful for a ride. I hope you can join us.

Ride begins at Blyth Park, 16900 West Riverside Drive, Bothell, WA 98011. Meet in the parking lot by 9:15 am. Please be ready to ride by 9:30 am when we will have the safety briefing and roll out shortly thereafter. You must attend the safety briefing to participate in the ride.

The route will be similar to: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/48627694. ~32 miles with 1,050 ft elevation gain. Mostly A/B terrain.

Pace will be at the higher end of 12-14 mph on the flat. Climbing and descending is at each rider's preferred pace. We'll regroup at the top of major climbs and descends. Riders are urged to bring route details with them: a ridewithgps route or cue sheet - riders significantly off the group pace should be prepared to complete the ride solo.  

We will ride the Sammamish River Trail to 124th Ave NE, where we begin our gradual ascent to English Hill and the Tuscany neighborhood. We'll return via NE Redmond Road, the Evans Creek Trail, Eastlake Sammamish Parkway, and the newly opened (and now paved) section of Eastrail.

Restrooms available at the start. We'll stop at Peet's (~mile 21.3) for coffee and snacks.
