Skagit Spring Classic Metric Mod Ride @ 8 AM

Ride this Skagit Bicycle Club Metric Century with a group of BIKES Club moderate pace riders:

  • Due to the recent rockslide on Chuckanut Drive the 65 mile and 100 mile routes have changed. View & download the routes from Ride With GPS.
  • You must register and pay the fee for this fundraiser event ride at Spring Classic - Skagit Bicycle Club.
  • Also register for this moderate pace group ride if you want to ride with this group of friends.  Group size limited to 8.

Meet at Bayview Elementary School, 15241 Josh Wilson Rd, Burlington, WA 98233 ride registration area at 7:45 AM for an 8 AM rollout.  Moderate pace (14 – 16 mph).  65 miles.  1,700 feet of gain, A&B and maybe some C terrain.  

This challenging 65-mile route has great scenery, touring the hills and valleys of northern Skagit County, along the shore of Padilla Bay and the quiet country roads of the Skagit River valley. View the route in Ride With GPSclick hereClick here to print a map & cue sheet.  It is recommended all riders have this route with them in either paper or electronic form, or good knowledge of the area, in case of separation from the ride leader.

This moderate pace group ride is intended for 2-wheel road or gravel bikes ridden by experienced bicyclists.

This ride includes:

  • Rest stops include an almost endless supply of our
  • Famous homemade cookies and other goodies to keep you fueled for the ride 
  • SAG support during the ride
  • The traditional Skagit Spring Classic "spaghetti dinner" free for all riders!
  • A coupon for a free beverage at Farmstrong Brewing
