Carnation-Fall City Loop (Steady)

Carnation - Fall City Loop

Sunday, April 13th 9:45 a.m. @ Tolt-MacDonald Park/Campground on 40th Street (indicated on RWGPS map) at 9:45 for a 10:00 a.m. roll out.  

32 mile route covers a mix of roadways and hard pack gravel, on mostly low traffic two lane roads, but with a few short areas of moderate traffic volume and rough road surfaces in spots.  Some beautiful areas though in the Fall City area and along the Tolt River Valley going past farm fields and old barns and areas of interest.  We will be on the Snoqualmie Valley Trail (gravel) for a few miles. 

Low Steady pace (12-13 mph on flats), regroup as needed.  Mostly rolling hills, but overall low elevation gain.  

There are likely restrooms near the start, but not totally guaranteed.  We will stop for a rest/coffee break in Fall City at about mile 12 at Aroma Coffee Company.  Then backtrack to Carnation and do a loop in the farming area north of Carnation.  

Optional lunch after the ride at Extapa Mexican Restaurant in Carnation.
