Bothell to Marymoor Park - STEADY

I heard the weather folks say there's a possibility of DRY weather next Tuesday, (and they wouldn't lie, would they?) so we will try this one again:

Tuesday, February 18th @ Red Brick Road Park (at the former Wayne Golf Course on 96th Ave NE)  There is a gravel parking lot adjacent to the trail.  There is also a separate park AT the Red Brick Road, you can park there, but meet the group near the trail at the larger gravel parking area.

Meet at 10:15 for a 10:30 start at the gravel parking area along the Burke Gilman Trail where the Wayne Golf Course used to be.  There is usually a sanican at that location, if not, we will stop at Blyth Park to use the facilities.   We'd normally start at Blyth but as far as I know 102nd Street is still under construction and it's a long detour to get there.

24 miles on and off trail to Marymoor Park.  A "mellow" steady pace, 12 to 13 mph on flats.  This route has a two mile section of GRAVEL, which is hard pack and normally just fine for more bikes.  Bring a lunch or snack for the stop at Marymoor.  No lunch stop is planned for this ride.

Worsening forecast or rain the morning of will cancel this ride.  Hopefully all the snow and ice are melted off the roads and trails by then.
