Start location and time:Log Boom Park at 10:30am

Description of route: Join us on a social ride starting at Log Boom Park heading to Kirkland which includes sections of the Cross Kirkland Corridor and Eastrail both of which are packed gravel surfaces. The route is about 25% packed gravel and 75% paved.  Rest stop at mile 8.8 , Kirkland Marina Park. Snack/rest stop break will be at Chainline Station (Feriton Spur Park in the Google campus), mile 15.3.  Restrooms/water are available at the start.

Other important details: 

Parking: please park using the extensive street parking rather than taking up the few dedicated parking spots in the park lot. We’ll gather with our bikes by the restrooms at 10:15 with a planned departure of 10:30.

Current weather forecast shows possible showers. If the forecast significantly worsens, we’ll use an all paved route doing a clockwise loop of north Lake Washington. I’ll post the change Friday night if needed.

E-bike riders and Ride Leaders should understand the BIKES Club e-bike policy.

This is a mentoring ride.
