MEET: Mount Vernon Transit Station 105 East Kincade Street - Mount Vernon at 9:30 for a ride briefing and rollout. Park directly in the corner lot adjacent to Kincade Street. Restrooms available in station.
Scenic mostly rural country loop ride from Mount Vernon North to Samish and return. 20 minute lunch stop at the Lake. A couple of breaks throughout to enjoy the views. Water and restrooms in Sedro Wooley. Bring min. 2 water bottles and food.
Distance 70 miles - high moderate pace (16 MPH on flat surfaced roads). About 2400 feet elevation gain. No major climbs - rolling hills.
