Mill Creek Meander - Social Pace

Tuesday, July 23rd, 10:30 am (start riding)

Meet at the east parking lot of Jackson High School (on Heatherwood Road) near the baseball fields at 10:15 and be ready to ride at 10:30.   We will ride about 15 miles through the Mill Creek area at a social pace (10-11 mph) on mostly quiet suburban neighborhood streets.  

This ride is fairly low elevation for Mill Creek, however it is not flat.  The hills are mostly gentle rollers.  You should feel comfortable riding in varying traffic situations.  There will be a few left turns and riding along on busier arterials with bike lanes.  

No restroom available at the start, but we will be stopping at a park with "real" restroom about mile 6 at Tambark park. 

Optional: After the ride we will drive to Central Market (Town & Country now) to have lunch at the new Field House restaurant that just opened there. 

Unexpected weather conditions, rain, smoke, etc, will cancel this ride. Limit of eight riders.
