Eastmont-North Creek Steady Pace

Monday, May 20th, 10:00 a.m. @ Mill Creek Sports Park

Meet at 9:45 for introductions and safety briefing.  

Starting from Mill Creek area we'll go north and wind around towards Eastmont and then south towards the North Creek/Mays Pond area.  About 24 miles with lots of rollers on this route.  We'll be on a variety of suburban streets, with varying degrees of traffic and some busy areas and crossings and left turns on busy roads.   A, B and C terrain with a few short steeper hills.  

This is a STEADY pace ride, and because it's got lots of rolling terrain, this will be on the lower side of steady, like 12-13 on flat terrain, but SLOWER going up the grades and hills.  Regroup as needed.   Rest stop at Tambark Park at about mile 14. 

Weather Monday looks IFFY, and if the forecast worsens this ride will be cancelled or postponed.  Check ride updates! I will cancel by 8:00 a.m. if there is rain in the forecast. 

Bring plenty of water and snacks, there is no planned lunch stop.  Limit of 10 riders. You should feel comfortable riding with a group in traffic and familiar with group riding and safety etiquette.
