Blyth Park-Eastrail (Gravel) Trail to Sammamish Landing

Blyth Park/Eastrail (gravel) Trial to Sammamish Land Park in Redmond

Wednesday, April 17th 10:00 a.m. @Blyth Park in Bothell

Meet at 9:45 for a 10:00 a.m. roll out. 26 mile route on and off the trail with about two miles of hard pack gravel trail on the Eastrail Trail Section.  Some of the route is on roadways with little or no shoulder and potentially busy traffic.  "A" (flat) terrain.  

This is a STEADY PACE ride, and the pace will be maintained at under 14 mph on the flats.  Restroom available at the start, and we will take a longer rest/snack break at Sammamish Landing. 

Limit 12 riders.  Rain or worsening forecast will cancel this ride, check ride updates.  You should feel comfortable riding with potentially busy traffic and rough sections on Riverside Drive.  The 2 miles of gravel trail is hard pack and doable, but bikes with narrow tires should take extra caution on this section. 

No official lunch stop planned for this ride.
