North Centennial Trail Moderate Ride @ 9 AM

Register by 8 PM evening before the ride.  Group size limited to 8.  

Moderate pace (14 – 16 mph), 51 miles, mostly A terrain with 1,300 feet of elevation gain. 

Meet at 8:45 AM for a 9:00 AM roll out at Machias Trailhead next to Centennial Trail.  Restrooms are open.

Ride on the Centennial Trail and nearby roads and streets from Machias to the Nakashima Barn at the north end of the Centennial Trail and back with side trips to Lake Cassidy (~miles 6 and 44) and Lake Stevens with Catherine Creek Covered Bridge (~mile 47) and on to complete the ride.  Coffee & lunch at Biscuit & Bean during our return through downtown Lake Stevens (~mile 48).  Frequent regroups.

This route may have tight turns and short sections with narrow gravel paths and is intended for 2-wheel road or gravel bikes ridden by experienced bicyclists.
