Distance: 19.7 miles. Group size limited to 10 includes Leader.

Terrain: Mainly A

We will meet at Wilmot Park, 17301 131st Ave NE, Woodinville, at 9:45 a.m. for a safety review and depart at 10:00 a.m. We should complete the ride by 2:00 p.m.

We will follow the Sammamish River Trail turning left onto the Marymoor Connector and going through Marymoor Park on the trail. Once through the Park, we will turn left onto the East-Lake Sammamish Trail to Whole Foods in Redmond where we will stop for lunch or a snack before returning the way we came. You can purchase items at Whole Foods or bring your own lunch or snack.

If you elect to leave the group during the ride, let the Ride Leader know. Cue sheets will be available at the start of the ride but the ride will not leave the trails stated above.

Restrooms are at Wilmot Park, along the SR trail and at Whole Foods.

Bring: A helmet, water bottle and tools to repair your bike, if necessary

I rode the route Friday and there are no concerns about our route. The weather also looks good for Thursday but rain will cancel. If you have concerns about the weather refer to the website under “updates” or text me.

Note: If you suffer from imparnumerophobia, we will ride the .3 miles either at the start or near Whole Foods.
