North Lake Loop from Blyth Park - Social Pace

Friday, August 18th, meet at 9:45 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. roll out at Blyth Park.  30-mile route, social pace, A, B and C terrain.  First part of the route goes along busy 100th/Market/Lake Washington Blvd until it reaches the 520 trail and then it's all trail from there.  

This is a social pace, 10-11 mph on flats, but challenging route with long grades and a few longer steeper climbs.  You should feel comfortable riding with busy traffic, some sections with little or no shoulder.  Frequent regroups, and rest stop at the Kirkland Marina Park.  Lunch stop at Metro Market along the Burke on the way back.   Limit of 8 on this ride.
