Conway Fir Island (Social Pace)

Tuesday, March 21st, 10:00 a.m. , Conway Ball Fields (near the MUSE) 

Meet at 10:00 for a 10:15 roll out.  23 miles, back roads of Fir Island out near the Skagit Bay Estuary and to the picnic shelter at Wiley Slough Wildlife Area.  Social pace, 10-11 mph on flat roads.  All "A" terrain, with one short hill over the river as we start.   Mostly low trafficked rural roadways with some areas along busier Fir Island Road. 

Bring a snack or light lunch to have at the picnic shelter.  Unlikely to be restroom at the start area, and only a "pit toilet" at the picnic shelter.
