Jack's Thursday Fitness Loop Ride 1st ONE in 2023! Let’s roll.

Steady pace; rolling, A & B, 25 + or minus 5 miles, 1,010 ft elevation, pedal over to Everett, Mill Creek, Bothell & back to my home. Allow 2+ hours to complete this ride. There's RAIN and WET roads CANCELATION on this ride.

Let's meet at my home: 15025 22nd Avenue West, Lynnwood 98087 for 10am SHARP rollout.

STOPS: NONE or as NEEDED
RESTROOMS: At start & finish.

Bring water; hydration needs. Spare tubes and tools in case of flats and mechanical issues. Good sense of humor, a sure plus!
