Description of route: 55 mi loop. The first half has steep climbs and descents as we head south from Fauntleroy near the Sound, through Three Tree Point to DesMoines for lunch at Wallys Chowder house. The second half of the  route moves inland and becomes  mostly flat trails - DesMoines Creek,  GreenRiver, and finishing with Alki.
