Everett Waterfront Parks
Wednesday, August 17th, 10:00 a.m.
Meet at the Legion Park area (near restrooms) at 9:45 to check in for an 18 mile social paced ride through Everett.
Ride will go through the urban back roads of Everett, down through the Lowell area and then turn onto the Lowell Riverfront Trail. Back up into Everett and then visit the waterfront on the west side at Pigeon Creek Beach (although we may decide as a group to forego this extra loop).
Lunch break at the Sisters Restaurant on Grand Avenue (bring LOCKS) before returning up Grand Avenue.
This is a social pace 10 - 11 mph with frequent regroups, but this ride will go along some more heavily trafficked roads at times. Low overall elevation gain, but there are several harder, but short climbs. Some areas of the trail will be rooted and uneven. You should be comfortable riding in these situations.

The day will be a warm one, bring plenty of water. Restroom at start and at Rotary Park.
Limit of 6 riders on this urban ride.
Poor weather forecast or unexpected high temps (more than 85) will cancel/postpone this ride.
Ride leader: Cindy Proctor (proctorcj28@comcast.net)
** bring money for lunch and a good lock.
