Jack's Fitness Loop Ride 1st ONE in July!

Steady pace; rolling, A & B, 23+ miles, 1,320 ft elevation, pedal 4 Lakes in my neighborhood; Serene, Silver, Martha & Stickney. Allow 2+ hours to complete this ride. There's RAIN and WET roads CANCELATION on this ride.

Let's meet at LakeStickneyCommunityPark 13521 ManorWay, Lynnwood for 9am SHARP rollout.

STOPS: NONE or as NEEDED
RESTROOMS: At start & finish

Bring water; hydration needs. Spare tubes and tools in case of flats and mechanical issues. Good sense of humor, a sure plus!
