BIKES Club Picnic 2022

What:

• The BIKES Club potluck picnic for members and guests is on.
• Let’s celebrate bike riding with an outdoor picnic. 
• There will be pre-picnic rides for various paces groups. 
• Share in potluck or bring your own - we respect the concerns some may have regarding social distancing.
• Members may bring a guest.  Register the guest when you sign up. 

When:

The picnic shelter is reserved for 11 AM – 3 PM Saturday, July 30.  The main event starts around noon.

Where:

Hauge Homestead Park, near Silver Lake in south Everett.

Parking:

Ride your bike from home or a remote parking area if you can.  Parking at Hauge Homestead Park and surrounding streets is limited.  The Park will also be open to other users.

BIKES Club will provide:

• Your choice of 1 or 2 hamburgers, brats, salmon burgers, or veggie burgers with buns and condiments.
• Cups and ice.
• Paper plates, plastic utensils, napkins.

What You Must Do:

• Sign up on the Calendar so we will know how many plan to attend (please don't sign up as Anonymous - it makes it difficult to figure out food choices).
• Choose up to two food options (or none) when you sign up:
• • • Hamburgers, 1 or 2.
    • Brats, 1 or 2.
    • Salmon burgers, 1 or 2.
    • Veggie burger, 1 or 2.
    • If you will attend but plan to bring your own food you may choose a no food option.
• Sign up any non-member guest you plan to invite and choose their food options.
• Bring with you to the picnic: 
• • Your potluck item and serving utensils.  
  • Your preferred beverage (no alcohol allowed per Everett Parks rules).
  • A chair if you like – table seating is limited.
