Meet 10:30 AM - *Carnation* - Fred Hockert Park (Stossel Avenue Parking across from park)
Ride the super scenic Southern portion of the SVT to North Bend and Rattlesnake Lake and back on mostly paved roads. SVT is hard packed gravel suitable for road, gravel, mountain bikes with tire widths of 32C and above. Not suited to narrow racing tires. Bring 2 water bottles and snacks for break at Lake and in North Bend.
Approximate 45 miles plus overall, Moderate pace on paved road surfaces and Steady pace on crushed gravel. About 1500 feet of mostly easy elevation gain up to the lake and a fast return downgrade and flat. Overall we should AVERAGE about 13 to 14 MPH.

Other important details: Actually Trailhead parking to the SVT in Carnation fills immediately on weekends. Restrooms available there - 1/2 mile from Fred Hockert Park. Optional Coffee on return.
