Training Ride Steady - Barlow Pass

Meet at Granite Falls School District parking lot for a 9am start.  We'll ride at a steady pace to the top of Barlow pass.  There will be a snack/lunch stop on the way back at the Ice Caves picnic area.  RT about 60 miles, Leader will be riding a Steady pace but since this is an out and back ride you’re welcome to ride faster or slower, A/B/C terrain.  For less distance (RT 39 miles) you also have the option of meeting us at the Verlot Ranger Station at about 10:30.  This is a beautiful ride for those who have never done it!  Kristin will be leading a brisk-pace group starting from Marysville so hopefully we’ll see them at some time..  Please make sure you bring plenty of water and something to eat since there won’t be a place to purchase food.  If you decide to leave from Verlot, please park in the lot across from the station.  Hope to see everyone there!  Steady rain cancels – check the Ride Updates page.  Ride leader Allyson Welsh allysonw@outlook.com or (206) 356-8134.
