Port Townsend parking question

In the distant past, when we last did this tour, we could park cars overnight at the Mukilteo state park.

That is no longer allowed, and no one in Mukilteo city government has any idea of where to park. Everyone could park at our house, but that's quite a bit more hill to climb at the end of the ride.

So if anyone has helpful ideas, chime in.
