Hidden Gem Ride

  • 09 Sep 2017
  • Lynden, WA

The final "Hidden Gem" ride for 2017 will be presented by the Mount Baker Bicycle Club.

There are 3 routes:

·       Social ride, 12 miles. Easy pace.

·       Moderate ride, 25 miles. Brisk pace.

·       Long ride, 45 miles. Fast pace.

This is the last ride in the series where our unofficial group of North Puget Sound bike clubs put on rides and invite the other clubs. These are great roads in north Whatcom County. The 25 and 45-mile routes will ride along Boundary Road, which is the US/Canada border. The 45-milers will ride far enough east to also go through Sumas.

10 a.m. start at 4th and Front Street in Lynden. Public restrooms there plus lots of on-street parking. Downtown Lynden has great coffee available for before your ride, and afterward there are lots of places for lunch and/or beers (or pie).

We welcome members of Skagit, Whidbey Island, and the B.I.K.E.S. Club of Snohomish County to join us on this ride!

B.I.K.E.S. Club is a members-based club. You must be a member to join us on our rides and tours. Our dues are low and are a real bargain. Won't you join us?
